Why choose Karen? Her clients would tell you it is because of her contagious passion and her laser focus on customer service and communication. She would tell you it’s because she is lucky enough to have amazing clients who constantly send her referrals after taking such great care of them.

After a fulfilling career as sales training director with an international cosmetics company, director of admissions with a Calgary private school, and raising two children, it was time to move into her dream career-helping people with their "new beginnings".  Coaching, counseling, educating and caring for those looking to buy or sell real estate comes naturally to Karen, and she does so with expertise and assurance. 

Born in Nova Scotia, Karen spent 25 years in Toronto before making Calgary home over 10 years ago.   Learning quickly how to navigate school systems, find the right fit for sports and arts activities, and recognize optimum neighbourhoods, her strong knowledge of the Calgary market led her to work as a Destination Consultant, relocating and familiarizing new corporate clients, with a vast array of requirements and needs, to the city.

That exposure brings a full understanding of the diverse needs of both singles and families in the Calgary market. With Karen, clients are afforded a knowledgeable professional, not only in the buying and selling of their home, but someone who marries their expertise with knowledge of the local community, excellent listening skills and attention to detail.

With the motto, “Bloom where you are planted”, Karen builds her business on Trust, Dedication and Personalized Service, while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of her client’s real estate needs.
